Instead of a taco or salad bar, make a ricotta toast bar and combine these ingredients to make all three savory and sweet favorites featured in the video!

Ingredients (serves two):
  • 1 cup full-fat whole milk ricotta
  • 4 slices of Ezekiel or sprouted grain, flourless bread
3 Types of Toppings:

  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt & Pepper

#2 - Savory Basil & Tomato

  • Cherry Tomatoes (sliced in half)
  • Salt & Pepper

  • Fresh Basil

#3 - Wow! Is this Dessert?

  • Fresh Raspberries
  • Fresh Mint
  • Balsamic Vinegar
Directions:
  1. Toast slices of bread until golden brown.

  2. Whip the ricotta in a food processor for 1-2 minutes or until very smooth and creamy.

  3. Top toast with ricotta.

  4. Add preferred toppings.
